What is Hertsmere Homes?

Hertsmere Homes is Hertsmere Borough Council’s Choice Based Lettings (CBL) housing allocation scheme.

Choice Based Lettings allows applicants to view property adverts and express an interest in these properties by placing bids.

Only those on the Council’s housing register can view properties and place bids.

The Council’s allocation scheme sets out the rules about who can apply to join the housing register and how properties are allocated.
